Overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel provides tables and chairs at their lobby and allows their customer to eat there. That is very kind of them. We enjoyed the food we bought from the night markets at the comfort of the hotel environment.

Breakfast is not available. Will be great if there is option for breakfast.

comfortable sparse place to stay. be sure to have google translate or say hi apps on your phone!

i appreciated they had one washer/dryer for use for free. my room was quite clean & i loved the tiling in my bathroom. i appreciated the mini fridge & that they would give you a couple water bottles each day. The day i checked out i needed to eat breakfast. since i didnt include that in my reservation, i was able to pay cash. Even tho the waitress did not speak english, she was SUPER accomodating & nice. my meal was presented IDENTICALLY to the photo of it, and it was delicious & filling. When i found out i had to leave after a few nights, they had me go thru booking.com to attempt to cancel the remainder of my stay. they didnt have to, but they did. One employee behind the front counter spoke english. she worked days.

i didnt need a 'superior' double room, so i chose the next level down., but i would have expected to have a few surfaces in which to place clothes, toiletries, etc. No dresser, no closet. there were 3 hangers on hooks on the wall. there was a table with the kettle on it, about 4' long and 12-18" wide. i originally thought i would be staying 6 nights. i had to pile everything up on that table. no where to stow the luggage or work out of my luggage unless i wanted to do so from the floor. the bathroom had ZERO surfaces on which to put anything (except a small shelf in the shower). the shelf that served as a headboard was not deep enough for a typical cpap machine, so i had to put it on an upside down trash can. Several times after leaving my room, i would come back to find my door open. so i started pulling on the handle when i left to assure me it was closed from then on. ** if you change your reservation, you have to ASK for them to remove it from your card. **

the free to use bikes were convenient, the room simple but very nice. breakfast choices of both Western and Taiwanese dishes. incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

Nice hotel with good facilities

The hotel facilities are really nice. It's modern and the room and bed were comfortable. There is a restaurant in the hotel where they offer breakfast/brunch/lunch. The staff is very friendly.

For me, the location was not ideal. It's a minimum 15 min walk from the train station, maybe more with traffic lights. The sidewalk is not really even and there was construction (July 2023) which made it inconvenient for me because I had a big suitcase. To get to the city centre I took the public bus. Also no convenience store within short walking distance. It's a pity because I actually liked the hotel very much.

Breakfast was alright.

It was very comfortable.

Staff was extremely helpful. Food was delicious. Rooms where clean and room service everyday. Convenient place in terms of location. Free bikes to use.

We found a cockroach in our breakfast in the steamer - we had the kimchi bao bun.

Superb

The breakfast was delicious and we got a little bit of a City view. I love a room with a big window that I can look out of.

There's not much in the area but it is more quiet which is nice if you like some time away from busy places.

The staff were super helpful & friendly, and provided excellent service. The room was cozy and clean. The toiletries provided are marvelous, especially the shampoo and body wash.

Nice location and service

Simplicity and functional. Only the pipe or some issues from toilet. Smelly for 03 series rooms but 02 would be perfect. Not sure it’s a design defect or incompetent of house clean. But service is very good, after telling them, they made a switch for us.

Nice stay.

The bed is comfortable and nice lightings. There are bikes for the rent if you want.

The room is a bit small. Especially the bathroom is really small couldn't fit two people in it.

Modern and beautiful hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It looks very beautiful on the inside, with a lot of small touches everywhere. The room is spacious with a lovely balcony, and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is also beautifully done and overall it's a nice and modern hotel. We also enjoyed using the bicycles and did an evening out with the bicycles all over Tainan.

Parking was a bit far away. More than a 5 min walk, so not convenient with a car. Everything else was great.

Disappointing

the staff was friendly, and the location is perfect as it is very close to chung kung university hospital, the bed was comfortable. The hotel is within the center of downtown tainan, I arrived late and ordered some food, it was quickly delivered.

There were many ants around the corners of the room, so I felt stressed going to sleep! The Air conditioner is very cold, even though i adjusted the temperature and tried to turn down to fan speed, I still felt cold and had to eventually turned the AC off!

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Place overall is clean

The AC unit was rattling and making too much noise. Even decreasing the fan speed didn't help much
